I finally found Final Fantasy!

Hello! As the title suggests, I finally have got my hands on a Final Fantasy game, which I'm super chuffed with. I've been looking for one for ages, but haven't until now found one in my price range (second hand wise for mah DS) And I'm really enjoying it so far, the graphics are good, I like the characters, so I'm happy with it (and the price! XP) However, because it's second hand and the owner wanted to get rid of it for some reason, it sometimes doesn't load properly (most likely why it was being sold), which is annoying on high levels (see what I did there?!)

Anyway, stay tuned for more posts soon! Bye for now!

Epic Nerdy/Otaku Jewellery!!!!!

Heya! So for the past week I've been doing activities week and making loads of cool stuff, and I mean really cool. But, on the down side is that it's over now :(  So for the past  week I've been making my socks off and finally came out with this....

Cool or what?! For my activities week choice I chose jewellery making which involved laser cutting, glass fusing, fimo beads and enamelling (Yay!) I had a really great time and not mention I got to make a load of otaku goodies X3 !

See ya next time!

Naruto cosplay! The costume!

Ohayo! Before we start, I just want to say how sorry I am for publishing this post so late, I've been busy with piles of home work, clubs and stuff like that, so gomenasai! But Hopefully I'm gonna post a few within the next few days.

I'm back again with the final part of my Naruto cosplay! so this time I'm doing the actual costume part of my cosplay. I'm so excited!!! I've been biting my tongue to wait and make the detailed extras first and leave this to last- its been so hard!!! But now lets start!!!

The jacket.

Okey dokey! Naruto's jacket is a main part of the cosplay. So guess where I went to get the material? Yes, it's the sequel, Rekushi: the return to Primark! Okay altogether I actually spent £4 on the material for the jacket- pretty good eh? (Of course, I went to my good friend the sale rack for this! :-P)

So let's start!

First turn the tops inside out and chalk just under where the sleeves join. Then  cut with space for a seam line the lower part of the top. Next sew the orange top to the grey. Now you have the base for your top.

After you've done this cut the orange top so it looks like a panel. Then sew the excess material from earlier at the bottom, doubled over.

Finally add the zip! Cut down then middle and sew two panels (made from the other tops sleeve) on ether side of the middle (now cut). Now sew the zip to the panels, folding them over a bit.

Now for the Uzumaki swirls! Cut out a red circle (I'm using the stuff from my last cosplay) and sew it in the middle of the back of the jacket. Once you've done this sew a swirl (from the middle). Next, cut  another circle out of some white fabric and sew on the left arm. Repeat the swirl process.

Finally to finish, get two wood like beads (I've made mine out of fimo) and sew them ether side of the white swirl. Now your done! Yay!

The Rest.

So, for the rest, Purchase some red/orange jeans and place a black belt around the right leg (though not to tight, you still want your blood to ciculate!!!). Then  under the jacket, wear a black tank (I'm using the one from my last cosplay). Also add a little waist bag around your waist to place all the remaining items of the cosplay.

The Hair.

You can ether use a wig (you can cut it or have a pre-cut one) or your hair (if you're a girl just wear high ponytails).

I'm so sorry, I did take the photos for this post, but somehow they got deleted from the device I was using for them. :(  See you next time Otakus!
