YouTube channel XD

Hey! I am back and gonna share some pretty cool news! But first a question.

WHAT DO YOU CALL A DEER WITH NO EYES?

No idea. Really, I'm clueless. My friend asked me once, but I have no idea what the answer is. Anyway, bad jokes aside, this post is about my YouTube channel..... I'm finally making videos!!! Okay, I was going to mention this in the previous post, but I thought it would be better to do a full post on it now.

After a lot of persuasion (and I mean a lot) I somehow managed to negotiate with my mum. Please come and watch by searching Rekushi San into the YouTube search bar, it would mean so much to see what you guys think (after all it's gonna be the video version of this blog- sorta) So yeah come and watch!!!!

So here's the trailer I made...

I had a lot of fun making the video, even if it ended up being 43 seconds (I have to admit, the tackle scene was probably the most fun, plus no one got hurt, which is always a bonus). But anyway please do check it out and give your opinion. I like opinions.

Anyway, that's it for now! Bye!

Cosplay Collage

Konnichiwa my Otaku friends! I had some free time so I decided to dress up and make a collage of all the cosplay costumes I've done so far. So here they are!

First is my first cosplay, Ed Elric. Ah, all those hours hand sewing the pattern on the back, but in the end it was worth it right?

Next is my Naruto cosplay (you know, the one which all the photos were deleted). I'm actually super happy with this one. I really wish I could walk around town like this...

And finally, my Rin/Pikachu mix up cosplay. This was made up on my onesie, short blonde wig and Rin headphones, so I didn't really do a post on it (except making the headphones).

So that's it for the minute! Which was your favourite? Hopefully in the future I'll make more cosplays of other characters, but until then, Bye!

Rin/Len Kagamine Headphones!

Hello! I've had some time on my hands recently and decided to get creative! And the product of my creativity was making some Rin/Len headphone covers out of a pizza box! For some of you new Otakus out there, Rin and Len Kagamine are characters from a music  computer program called Vocaloid which is very popular in Japan and all around the world. That out of the way here's how to make some of your own!

What you need:
Pizza box
Scissors
Double-sided tape
Sellotape
High lighters
Plain sheet of paper
Some headphones (a good place for cheap ones is pound shops like Poundland etc.)

So first, cut out a large square from the pizza box and draw two D shapes which is slightly larger than the headphone and cut out.

Next, cut out the long tabs from the pizza box and hold around the shapes and Sellotape them together to make a slightly 3D shape. (Tape both sides to make it more secure) and trim to fit.

Then, Cut a tab out of the 3D shape so it fits the headphones.

Then, on your sheet off paper draw and cut two more D shapes and two more long tabs and stick them onto the 3D shape with double sided tape.

Finally, cut out four small squares, four medium rectangles and two semi circles. Colour the semi circles in with a yellow high lighter and the squares and rectangles in with and light blue/blue highlighter. Then, using double sided tape, stick the shapes over the top of the 3D shape.

Once you've done this, attach some card going diagonally across so you can slide the cover on and off. Now your done!

Tune in next time! Happy Crafting!

WW1 100 years Hetalia drawing

Hi! To commemorate  the 100 years since the First World War (yes I know I'm a bit late with this, but I felt like I needed to do something because of it) I have been learning how to draw some of my favourite characters from Hetalia (seeing as it's sorta about WW1and WW2) and decided to do something similar to my last post (the one about drawing your own posters) So, let's get drawing!

First England, my home country.
So, first sketch out the base circles and make the outline clearer.
Then sketch out clothes and other details and fill them in.
Finally add the eyes and other details you may want to add. (e.g. speech boxes)

Now to draw Italy, the main character of Hetalia. Pasta! Basically repeat the three steps for drawing England, except for Italy, you could add a pasta bowl (like I did) and a slightly different pose.

 Don't forget the curl!

Third it's America, just because he's Awesome dude! (Me impersonating the character)
Again, repeating the same steps as you did for Italy and England and changing the hair style. Be careful with the glasses, make sure you don't draw them too small as the eyes have to fit in-between the glass space (but don't draw them too big- he's not wearing fancy dress!)

Finally Germany, another main who's always looking after Italy.
Germany's quite often in thought so you could add a thought bubble or change his pose depending on what he's thinking about.

That's it! Here's the final picture!

...But I feel like I'm missing somebody... Ah! Yes Canada! (Well I just can't leave him out, he's one of my fav characters!) Here we go!

Okay, so that's it for now! I hope you enjoyed this post and the doodles and see you next time!

Make a Personalised Manga Poster!!!!

Ohayo! (I know its not morning in some countries but oh well!) I thought I might do a make more towards art and manga instead of cosplay for once, and this is what I came up with! For a while now I've been wanting to make a poster for my room (other than my door sign) which has something to do with my interests (AKA anime and manga- well, you knew that already) So here we go! I'm going to do a photo story for this (with captions to tell you what I did in the pic)

First, sketch out the shape of your character using circles and join them together like you would when you draw the outline.

Then, start to fill out the drawing more by making the outline clearer and plan were clothes will be (sketch out first before making the outline clearer)

Next, make the clothing outlines clearer and add extra details to the head (e.g. the facial features and hair)

After you've finished the main details you can add the tiny extras that you might want to add (background, extra details on clothes, shading and writing) Once you're happy, it's time to ink! (though this is optional, sometimes I find inking can ruin the drawing, though on other drawings it makes them look even better) Make sure when inking you use a good pen that won't run out!

There! All done! Now you have a poster fit for your Otaku room! I hope you liked this post and see you next time!

I found some more manga drawings!!!

Hiya! So I've been doing some doodling and realised that I hadn't posted any of my more recent manga recently. So when I was looking around my drawing folder I found many spontaneous pieces of on the backs of history essays (drafts of course...) and all sorts of other doodles on other pieces of math sheets and lined paper...yeah... Also I've included some of my unfinished attempts at writing manga. Enjoy! (Btw I do work at school, as I think it's important, I just take sheets that will be otherwise be thrown away at end of class... XP)

So first, here's one of my manga attempts...

Next some doodles...

Book drawings..

Heres another of my attempts...

Some of my book drawings now...

So thats it! Hope you like my doodles, and until next time bye!
